The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center

Built the entry grounds at this Sheridan rehab facility from the ground up. Set a segmental block retaining wall to handle the grade change, then ran flagstone walks and seating areas off the main entry so residents and visitors have somewhere level to sit outside. Foundation plantings went in along the building with a mix of hardy shrubs and perennials suited to zone 4, all on a zoned drip and spray system to keep water off the walks. The finished yard reads clean and easy to maintain, which is what a commercial property like this needs.
